Why I choose to work for a Startup that stands for all woman to start their solo trip.
I still remember the first night in Prague. It was my first trip on my own. It was cloudy, rainy late April. I had no idea about the weather of East Europe in that season. Everyone except me wore a fur hat, winter coat, and long boots. I was the only one who brought a spring jean jacket.
There was no one I knew, there was nothing I can feel familiar with. I was walking in the middle of the dark city. I had to keep a sharp lookout. I was the only one to protect myself. Unfortunately, If something bad happens, what can I do?
Then, I found a woman across the street, running to me. and she said HELLO!. Wait, Who she is? Do I know her? After she caught her breath, What comes from her is “Are you NomadHer too?”
At that moment, I felt relieved. I almost cry to think that I’m not the only one in the giant world. because I’m NomadHer too. wherever I go, they will be with me.
This is what we work for. Whenever I say I’m going to travel for myself! Then people stare at me and say, It is not a good idea, It’s too dangerous. Safety issues always follow women. We run for the future to be the solution enough to say, “I’m with NomadHer!”. We will share the inside story of our team to make the world for the women travelers
